When Dr. Windrik Lynch, a Tallahassee-based physician with Tallahassee Neurological Clinic and medical leader, came to us, he didn’t want flash—he wanted focus.
Together with our creative partners at Design Happy Boutique and Modernmade Photography, we set out to build something subtle yet striking: a digital presence that felt grounded, professional, and deeply aligned with how he shows up in patient care and practice leadership every day.
We started with a visual reset. Through a thoughtfully styled photoshoot, we captured modern, approachable images that positioned Dr. Lynch exactly where he is—respected, innovative, and human.
From there, we transformed conversations into clarity. Using interviews and discovery calls, we helped translate his values into language. His LinkedIn profile became a platform for connection, with a voice that speaks directly to his peers. One key insight that emerged from this process: LinkedIn craves more doctor-to-doctor conversations, and thus determined he wanted to lead and participate in discussions on the platform with clinical leaders. He wants to share ideas, research, and philosophies directly with peers.
Through this clarity, we also identified where not to focus. Instead of building out unnecessary platforms like Instragram, we refined his strategy to prioritize what felt right—and what would actually work.
The result? A profile that communicates exactly who he is and what he stands for. Visually and verbally aligned, and built to evolve as his influence grows.
