When the owners of CHIRINGO, CHIRINGA and Hotz Coffee set out to strengthen internal culture and unify communications across multiple locations, they partnered with us to help bring clarity, consistency, and connection to their growing teams.
While this case study highlights our work around internal communications—launching bilingual newsletters, SMS systems, and staff engagement programs—our partnership extended far beyond. From external brand messaging and CRM strategies to giveaways, team surveys, and culture-building content, we became a long-term strategic partner across the business.
At the heart of it all was a deep investment in people. Together, we built a fully bilingual, seasonal newsletter system—branded and structured to reflect the energy of each location. These newsletters delivered regular touchpoint for celebrating wins, sharing milestones, and reinforcing company values.
We implemented a custom SMS system to complement newsletter communication, ensuring time-sensitive info was delivered clearly and consistently to all team members.
Beyond content, we assisted leadership with system-wide upgrades—helping leadership evaluate and implement internal tools and platforms. This included staff training and operational workflows to ensure smooth adoption and long-term sustainability.
To measure progress, we developed anonymous, double-blind staff surveys to assess satisfaction, address challenges, and create actionable feedback loops.
In less than a year, satisfaction rose from 76% to 94%, and staff engagement improved by 30%. The feedback helped shape real-time decisions, leading to better team morale and lower turnover.
We also worked alongside their team to execute employee giveaways, refine hiring processes, and support external communications efforts through targeted CRM systems and social media strategy.
